Heyball National Championships

Number of Events: 64 Stops per Year

Prize Money: USD 4,000 per event

WPA will require the aforementioned 64 countries to host Heyball National Championships for a duration of three years, with events held in various categories including men's, women's, men's junior, and women's junior. JOY Billiards will make a one-time donation of two JOY Q7 Heyball tables to each country as the designated equipment for these events.

Heyball Continental Open Championships

Coverage: Asia, Africa, Europe, Americas, Oceania

Number of Events: 5 Stops per Year

Prize Money:

Men's Champion: USD 10,000 per Stop

Total Prize Money for Men's: USD 58,000 per Stop

Women's Champion: USD 10,000 per Stop

Total Prize Money for Women's: USD 58,000 per Stop

This event is open to international participants and is not limited to a specific continental region. JOY will invest no less than USD 45,000 annually in event operational expenses.

Heyball Champion of Champions

Event Attribute: International Event

Coverage: 64 Countries

Number of Events: 1 Stop per Year

Prize Money:

Men's Champion: USD 30,000

Total Prize Money for Men's: USD 200,000

Women's Champion: USD 30,000

Total Prize Money for Women's: USD 200,000

This event is exclusively designed for the men's and women's national championship winners from the 64 participating countries. JOY will invest no less than USD 160,000 in event operational expenses for each stop.

Heyball World Championship

Number of Events: 1 Stop per Year

Prize Money:

Men's Champion: USD 30,000

Total Prize Money for Men's: USD 200,000

Women's Champion: USD 30,000

Total Prize Money for Women's: USD 200,000

Based on the international rankings of JOY Heyball events, the World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA) will extend invitations to the top 64 ranked players in each category for this event. JOY will invest no less than USD 170,000 annually in event operational expenses for the World Championship.

Heyball World Cup

Event Attribute: International Event

Coverage: Global

Number of Events: 1 stop per year

Prize Money:

Men's Champion: USD 72,000

Total Prize Money for Men's: USD 400,000

Women's Champion: USD 72,000

Total Prize Money for Women's: USD 400,000

This event will debut in 2026 and will thereafter be held every four years. The maximum number of participating teams in each category will be limited to 32. JOY will invest no less than USD 1,000,000 in event operational expenses for each Heyball World Cup.

In the same year, JOY reached deep cooperation with the World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA) and the World Confederation of Billiards Sports (WCBS), investing 6 million US dollars over the next three years to organize 9 different types of national, continental, and international events worldwide, striving to realize Heyball's inclusion into the 2032 Brisbane Olympics.

To celebrate the inclusion of Heyball in the 2025 Chengdu World Games, Joachim Gossow, CEO of the International World Games Association, congratulated JOY Billiards in the form of a short video, taking a substantial step forward in Heyball's inclusion into the Olympic Games.

 

At present, with the efforts of JOY, Heyball has successfully entered this year's WCBS Championship and the 2025 Chengdu World Games. JOY will also strive to include Heyball in the 2030 Qatar Asian Games, Southeast Asian Games, and Asian Indoor Games. In the next three years, JOY will actively implement the global promotion plan of Heyball with the WCBS and WPA, and strive to realize Heyball's inclusion into the 2032 Brisbane Olympic Games.
